Streamline Property Inspection is owned and operated by licensed Home Inspector Kevin Kerley and Erin Kerley. We both have careers in Fire Service, which uniquely qualifies us to spot potential hazards and understand building construction. In addition, Kevin maintained and operated a successful construction company. Simply put, we understand exactly how a building should be constructed to ensure safety and functionality. As well, we have high standards and values: integrity, respect, communication, adaptability, dedication, mechanical aptitude, and public image.
